Fortalecimento muscular e predição do CORE: testes de resistência e força muscular
Resumo
Este estudio investigó la relación entre el fortalecimiento de los músculos CORE y el rendimiento de corredores aficionados, centrándose en la resistencia y la fuerza muscular. Los corredores callejeros son susceptibles a sufrir lesiones musculoesqueléticas debido a la alta exigencia física de la actividad. Sin embargo, fortalecer el CORE puede ayudar a prevenir lesiones y mejorar el rendimiento deportivo. En el estudio participaron 35 corredores aficionados de Porto Velho, RO, que se sometieron a pruebas específicas de resistencia CORE y fuerza muscular. Los resultados resaltaron una correlación significativa entre el fortalecimiento muscular y las pruebas de flexión del tronco, puente lateral derecho e izquierdo. Además, el análisis de regresión reveló que estas pruebas explicaban hasta el 31% de la variación en el fortalecimiento muscular. Estos hallazgos enfatizan la importancia de fortalecer el CORE para los corredores aficionados, lo que sugiere que la evaluación de estas pruebas puede ser útil para predecir el fortalecimiento muscular y desarrollar programas de entrenamiento más efectivos. Este estudio proporciona información valiosa para promover una práctica más saludable y sostenible del running callejero, contribuyendo a la prevención de lesiones y la mejora del rendimiento deportivo en esta población específica.
