Impact on Teaching Resulting from a Pedagogical Approach Involving Beach Visits at the Secondary Level

Abstract

In this study, the main objective is to explore, through the narratives of teachers and students, the development and implementation of a pedagogical approach carried out in Physical Education classes at a secondary school in the city of Mar del Plata in recent years, based on visits to the beach with strong pedagogical purposes. When referring to this approach, the study situates itself within the theoretical tensions and complexities proposed by thinkers such as Foucault, Agamben, Deleuze, and Grinberg, who describe the multiplicity of forces and assemblages that come into play in subjectivities and institutions when shaping and being shaped by these approaches. From an epistemological standpoint that considers biographies and narratives as privileged resources for educational research, the stories and accounts of key actors in the studied approach are recovered in order to question its effectiveness.
