Abstract

Sports training is key to success in any sport. Beyond winning, it provides benefits such as: better performance, injury prevention, physical and mental health, values ​​and life skills, and socialization and enjoyment. It is essential to consult with a professional to design a personalized and safe program. Examples of athletes notable for their dedication to training are: Michael Jordan, Cristiano Ronaldo, Serena Williams, Usain Bolt and Simone Biles. In conclusion, sports training, along with talent and passion, are the key to achieving success in sports and leaving an indelible mark.
