5 Benefits that Physical Exercise Brings to your Health
Abstract
Physical activity is any type of bodily movement caused by skeletal muscles, that is, energy consumption. Physical exercise carried out in a planned and repetitive way allows us to be healthier. In this sense, physical exercise allows you to achieve and maintain a correct body weight, reduces the risk of contracting diseases such as type 2 diabetes, some types of cancer and heart disease. It also strengthens bones and muscles, increases the probability of prolonging life and prevents functional limitations.
