Satisfação no trabalho entre professores de Educação Física em escolas de ensino fundamental na província de Souk Ahras, Argélia
Resumo
O estudo teve como objetivo identificar o nível de satisfação no trabalho entre professores de educação física do ensino fundamental II. Para isso, foi selecionada uma amostra aleatória estratificada de 36 professores, aos quais foi distribuído um questionário com 20 afirmações. As afirmações foram formuladas de acordo com a escala Likert, e sua validade e confiabilidade foram verificadas utilizando ferramentas apropriadas. O estudo constatou que o nível de satisfação no trabalho entre a amostra foi moderado, sem diferenças estatisticamente significativas nos níveis de satisfação com base nos anos de experiência profissional ou na formação acadêmica. Os pesquisadores recomendaram a melhoria das condições de trabalho para aumentar a satisfação dos professores, o que, por sua vez, poderia aumentar sua produtividade.
