Respuestas neuromusculares según el tiempo de contacto y el índice de fuerza reactiva durante las caídas
Resumen
Diversos estudios han analizado variables neuromusculares, como el tiempo de contacto y el índice de fuerza reactiva (IFR), en saltos con caída. La literatura científica presenta aún escasas investigaciones centradas en análisis individuales detallados, al igual que en comparaciones específicas del tiempo de contacto con el suelo entre saltos con caída (ScC) y saltos en profundidad (SeP). Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio fue comparar las respuestas neuromusculares a través del tiempo de contacto con el suelo y el índice de fuerza reactiva a diferentes alturas de caída. Es un estudio de caso único, observacional y transversal realizado con un velocista de 100 m. Los saltos ScC y SeP se realizaron desde alturas de 40, 60 y 70 cm utilizando una colchoneta de contacto. Los resultados indicaron correlación negativa muy fuerte y estadísticamente significativa entre tiempo de contacto con el suelo e índice de fuerza reactiva a una altura de 60 cm. Además, se identificó una diferencia estadísticamente significativa entre ScC y SeP solo a una altura de 60 cm. Se concluye que la altura de 60 cm mostró los indicadores más expresivos del rendimiento reactivo, caracterizados por la asociación entre tiempos de contacto con el suelo más cortos y valores de IFR más altos, además de diferencia significativa entre ScC y SeP. En el atleta evaluado, la altura de caída influyó en el comportamiento del tiempo de contacto con el suelo en ScC e IFR, pero no en el tiempo de contacto con el suelo en SeP.
