Leisure Activities to Relax and Disconnect from Daily Stress
Abstract
Accumulated stress calls for a break that involves not merely stopping, but breaking the work routine. Disconnecting requires neither goals nor productivity; it is enough to tailor leisure activities to one’s available energy levels—whether through walking, crafts, socializing, or mindful screen use. Establishing small daily rituals helps set clear boundaries with work, bringing attention back to the present and turning free time into a restorative experience.
