Abstract

Strategy involves making sound decisions in challenging circumstances, anticipating events, and optimizing resources. Games, both digital and board games, are the ideal testing ground for developing this type of thinking. Titles like poker, chess, Civilization, StarCraft, and traditional board games such as Catan or Risk challenge players to manage uncertainty, adapt to changing situations, assess risks, and plan both in real time and for the long term.

Keywords: Strategy, Decision-making, Digital games
