The Use of Gases in Hospitality and Events: Applications and Benefits for Efficient Operation
Abstract
In the hospitality and events industry, industrial gases such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrous oxide are essential to optimize processes. They are used in food preservation, carbonation of beverages, preparation of molecular cocktails and in refrigeration equipment. Their correct selection and handling improve efficiency, service quality and customer experience. Specialized companies offer solutions tailored to the needs of each business.
