The Importance of Physical Activity in Everyday Life
Abstract
Physical activity is key to a healthy life. Its benefits for general well-being have been known since ancient times. Today, with the increase in diseases related to a sedentary lifestyle, exercise is more important than ever. It strengthens the heart, bones and muscles, improves mood and helps prevent diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Even moderate activities such as walking or cycling can have great benefits. It is essential to be consistent and find a balance between the digital world and physical activity.
