Abstract

Regular physical activity, such as yoga, running, and soccer, offers significant mental health benefits. Studies show these activities reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by increasing the production of endorphins and serotonin. In Mexico, participation in these sports has grown, demonstrating their role in promoting overall well-being.
