How to Combine Sport with Cannabis

  • Sara Domínguez Independiente

Abstract

Some athletes use cannabis as a way to control pain, increase their concentration, or simply relax before a big game. CBD, in particular, is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce swelling and pain. There is potential for abuse, but if consumed responsibly, it can have some benefits. Excessive consumption can be detrimental to performance capacity and cause harmful side effects to the body.
