Sports Nutrition at Home: How to Organize the Cold Pantry

  • Sara Domínguez Independiente

Abstract

Organizing the cold pantry optimizes the nutrition of physically active individuals, reducing food waste. A realistic weekly menu plan allows estimating purchases and prioritizing the consumption of fresh products. Properly portioning, labeling, and freezing proteins extends their shelf life. Likewise, maintaining adequate temperatures and evaluating space based on individual needs facilitates a more practical and functional routine.
