Integrating Tactical Load and Injury Prevention

Abstract

Modern professional sports require replacing the traditional approach with tactical periodization, integrating physical and technical work with on-ball decision-making. This methodology organizes the weekly microcycle into five phases, optimizing performance and significantly reducing muscle injuries. Through GPS and heart rate variability monitoring, clubs prevent overtraining, achieving a crucial balance between high intensity and athlete recovery.
