Social Media Training Videos: How to Teach a Technical Skill in 30-60 seconds
Abstract
Short videos can enhance sports instruction when they focus on a specific correction and are filmed to ensure the movement is easily understood. Whether for training sessions, Physical Education classes, or club activities, a 30- to 60-second clip can serve as an excellent technical reminder, a visual aid, or content for social media. Artificial intelligence can streamline tasks such as improving video clarity, preparing short clips, and generating subtitles, yet professional review remains essential. Here, we outline six practical guidelines for filming, editing, and publishing this content while keeping the educational purpose, the quality of the demonstration, and the consent of the individuals appearing in the video in mind.
