The Role of Data and Technology in Modern Soccer Training
Abstract
Training in modern soccer transcends traditional observation with advanced technologies such as GPS, EPTS systems, video analysis, and artificial intelligence. These tools allow for the measurement of physical workloads, individualized training, and optimization of tactical strategy without replacing human judgment. The true technical value lies in filtering large volumes of standardized information to make efficient decisions that improve performance and reduce risks.
