This is achieved through key habits such as constant hydration, breathable technical clothing, post-exercise hygiene, a balanced diet, and restorative rest. Combined with active breaks and well-ventilated spaces, these routines optimize recovery and daily well-being, surpassing the secondary use of fragrances.
