New Frontiers in Natural Supplementation for Endurance Athletes
Abstract
In extreme endurance sports, the competitive advantage hinges on efficient recovery to ensure the athlete's longevity. Natural supplementation, free of chemical side effects, has displaced traditional drugs. Compounds such as turmeric, ginger, and CBD optimize inflammation and promote deep sleep, while adaptogens and nitrates improve stress response, blood flow, and gut health.
