Soccer, Data, and Digital Entertainment: The New Ecosystem of the Beautiful Game
Abstract
Soccer in Europe and Latin America has evolved toward analytical and interactive consumption. Various platforms are adapting to this change by offering real-time data and statistics (such as xG and player performance) for key competitions like the Champions League, Conmebol Libertadores, and Peru's Liga 1. Digital technology and algorithms have democratized this analysis, enriching the experience of the modern fan.
