Trabalho invisível, autoridade informal e coordenação digital nas instituições desportivas
Uma análise conceptual da governação
Resumo
Este ensaio conceptual explora a dinâmica de governação associada ao trabalho invisível e à autoridade informal nas instituições desportivas. A literatura atual sobre gestão enfatiza frequentemente as estruturas organizacionais formais, os indicadores de desempenho e a transparência tecnológica. No entanto, o funcionamento prático das organizações depende, muitas vezes, de processos de coordenação relacional que operam para além das hierarquias administrativas visíveis. Com base na teoria institucional e sociológica, este estudo examina a forma como o trabalho invisível —regulação emocional, resolução informal de problemas e coordenação tácita— funciona como uma componente estrutural fundamental da governação. Em vez de ser uma tarefa operacional secundária, este trabalho reduz o atrito entre a concepção e a implementação de políticas formais, sustentando, assim, a continuidade organizacional. O ensaio investiga também como a comunicação digital reconfigura as estruturas de autoridade. Embora as tecnologias digitais melhorem a visibilidade administrativa e o fluxo de informação, não eliminam a relevância do enraizamento social ou da influência baseada na confiança nas interações organizacionais. Ao integrar insights da sociologia institucional, da teoria organizacional e dos estudos de governação digital, este ensaio propõe uma perspectiva multidimensional —abrangendo os níveis de equipa/clube, federação e infraestrutura digital— para compreender a governação especificamente nas instituições desportivas, e não nas organizações em geral. A análise destaca a coexistência de estruturas formais de legitimidade e de redes informais de coordenação como características fundamentais da gestão desportiva contemporânea.
