Abstract
With the new league format underway, the dynamics of the championship have changed, making for a more exciting and challenging season for fans and analysts alike. The top eight teams from the league phase qualify directly for the round of 16, while those finishing between ninth and twenty-fourth place enter the knockout playoffs. The playoffs consist of two-legged ties, with the winners advancing to the round of 16. The most notable matchup of the playoffs is between Manchester City and Real Madrid, two clubs that have dominated European soccer recently.
