Conversion of traditionally sedentary games to motors as an alternative proposal for Physical Education classes
Abstract
The aim of this work is the planning and implementation of a Teaching Unit focused on the conversion of traditionally sedentary games into motor games, taking them to the Physical Education and applying it in 6 of Primary Education, using the motor game as a pillar of such games. This Teaching Unit consists of seven sessions developed each in a period of 60 minutes predominating cooperative work, the contribution to the motor development of the students and the acquisition of healthy habits, all this focused from a playful and motivating perspective. Planning and implementation of the Teaching Unit will provide and equip the students strategies for socializing with peers, develop the pact, making mutual decisions, cooperation and respect, as well as participation and democracy, all of them relevant aspects within the objectives of the area of Physical Education and educational stage.
