Combat sports: didactic unit in secondary education, from a contemporary teaching perspective

Abstract

This article presents a Didactic Unit on combat sports for the subject of Physical Education in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), for the third year. This unit works for six sessions aspects of combat sports with a positive transfer for the specialties that have the same principles of play all from a contemporary perspective of teaching sports and sports initiation.
