3 General Keys to Stay Healthy After 40
Abstract
From the age of 40 it is important to stay healthy to perform regular physical activity, have a good diet and plan activities through a varied agenda. The habit of physical activity is vital to maintain the balance between the calories that are ingested and those that are spent, in addition to helping to maintain a healthy weight, it prevents diseases such as osteoporosis. As for food, you should eat foods with more protein, more calcium through dairy products and other foods, reduce sodium intake, maintain good hydration and add antioxidants. In all cases supervision must be in charge of the family doctor.
