Bicycling from the perspective of Motricity Human
Abstract
Inspired by the relationship between physical education, university and society, the objective of this essay is to reflect on the epistemological conditions of cycling in the field of Physical Education. We used the M-CV philosophical model (interaction science and values) to evidence two meanings of cycling in the context of human motricity. We verified that there is not necessarily a dilemma between performance cycling and urban cycling and we suggest that both participate potentially and legitimately in the scientific field of Physical Education.
