Magazine on subjects of Education, Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and Integral Health. It's aimed at professionals who work, study and/or investigate these disciplinary fields and those related to them, promoting inter, trans and multidisciplinary articulations. Includes scientific, didactic and general interest articles and videos in Spanish, Portuguese and English. It's only published in digital format on the site http://www.efdeportes.com, it is online and freely accessible since 1997.
Lecturas: Physical Education and Sports (EFDeportes.com) it was one of the first exclusively digital magazines, of complete text and of free access that they arose in Internet, at the beginning of the year 1997. One year before the abstracts had already been published. In addition the content was and it is in various languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese and English. In addition articles have been published in Catalan, French and Galician.
The content is for personal and professional use, can not be reproduced on another website, nor sent as a full text in a list of interest, nor copied in another medium or digital or analog format. Yes there can be linked the title, the authors and the abstract.
Lecturas: Educación Física y Deportes (EFDeportes.com) only publishes original and unpublished contents; it does not have, a priori, a publishing monolithic and dogmatic line. It is opened for every author or authors who try to give a foundation referred to topics and current problems on education, physical education, sports, integral health, physical activities of adventure in the nature, free time, recreation, sports training, applied sciences, physical activities with disabled persons, etc. The Magazine is published with its own basic resources, does not rely on material permanent support of institutions.
It is recommended to subscribe to the Magazine, to the News Bulletin and to the own channels in the social networks to take part of all the possibilities that the publication offers.
The direction of the Magazine may not share the opinions spilt by the authors, for what it does not take responsibility for these sayings.

The contents found in the journal are primarily aimed at professionals trained in the areas of health, education and sports. The information we provide should not be used, under any circumstances, as a basis for medical diagnoses, clinical or surgical procedures, or laboratory analysis, or for the prescription of physical exercises, treatments, or medications, without prior guidance from a licensed professional.
Lecturas: Educación Física y Deportes ofrece, adhering to the "Budapest Initiative for Open Access", immediate open access to all its publications. Through the journal's website, any reader is allowed free access to the full text of all the articles published in each issue.
The journal does not charge for the reception, processing and publication of articles, with some exceptions for the contents of the "Information" section, in which costs per publication may be presented. The Information section does not constitute a space for scientific content that goes through the double-blind peer review process; Its purpose is to inform about events, events, institutional actions, miscellaneous and news in the disciplinary field and is supervised by the editorial management. As far as access to the full text is concerned, it is of all the content free of charge, without exceptions, whether for registered or non-registered users.

During the manuscript evaluation process, the following program is used to detect plagiarism and self-plagiarism: Plagium (http://www.plagius.com/). The journal adheres to the guidelines formulated in the document "Relatório da Comissão de Integridade de Pesquisa do CNPq".
Searches are also carried out, mainly of the most relevant content sections of the original, on the internet and in scientific information databases in order to identify the different plagiarism actions considered by the magazine: literal plagiarism, mosaic plagiarism, paraphrased, paraphrased not cited, unquoted quotation mark.
The processes that are oriented to detect plagiarism are carried out from the editorial management of the magazine. Peer reviewers are also asked to take actions to help ensure, to the maximum extent possible, the originality of the assessed document.
Authors, at the time of submission, must explicitly declare the originality of the content, the prior non-publication in other journals and the proper monitoring of the rules for established authors.
In the event that the journal receives notice of any published article that responds to specific actions of plagiarism, "Lecturas: Educación Física y Deportes" undertakes immediately to remove the content from its portal.
Lecturas: Educación Física y Deportes, from number 266, develops and validates the archives of published articles based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) established by the W3C, ensuring access to content for all people based on what the National Law n ° 26.653 establishes, of accessibility of the information in the web pages.
