Vigilancia en los eventos deportivos en pabellones: una mirada a través de diferentes lentes

Resumen

La configuración del mundo en el que vivimos es el resultado histórico de una evolución de las características sociales que moldearon valores, mentalidades y convicciones, que dieron al deporte una forma de vida y una dinámica que involucra a diferentes actores en el proceso. El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar la dinámica de los eventos deportivos desde el punto de vista policial, con el fin de dotar a los gestores de las infraestructuras deportivas, en concreto los pabellones deportivos, de herramientas y elementos que permitan una toma de decisiones conjunta y eficiente para mantener la seguridad y la protección de la miríada de actores en el proceso. El escrutinio preciso de este entorno plantea interrogantes, refleja los intereses, valores y necesidades de las partes intervinientes. Estos elementos, descritos a través de una revisión de la literatura científica y jurídica, permiten desarrollar el conocimiento de los procesos de intervención policial y las posibles mejoras. Las infraestructuras deportivas, los pabellones deportivos, necesitan una intervención de seguridad en cuanto a su adecuación a las necesidades de seguridad, en función de las sugerencias y planes trazados por la Policía de Seguridad Pública. La convergencia literaria señala que el trabajo silencioso de las fuerzas de seguridad es invaluable y fundamental en la búsqueda del éxito de la seguridad y, en consecuencia, de los eventos deportivos. La ausencia de problemas de seguridad es un primer pilar de este éxito.
